Press release

Colloquium was the honored winner of the IAPCO Driving Excellence Award 2019, as announced during the IMEX Gala Evening in Frankfurt. This award celebrates the creation of Colloquium Numbr, a full web platform dedicated to event budget management. This award is a great recognition for Colloquium’s team innovative spirit and for 2 years of hard work.

The Innovation Award is part of IAPCO’s programme of Driving Excellence Awards and is designed to celebrate an innovative achievement. Mathias Posch stated “Our Conference Managers are confronted daily with growing customer demands and the challenges of an ever-changing economic environment. “

Elvire de Chalus, Colloquium CEO, stated about key issues at Colloquium Numbr. “We started working on Colloquium Numbr after a simple observation:  as event professionals, knowing how to manage a budget is one of our main key assets. The way you draw up a budget will influence the whole event organisation. As a PCO, we were looking for a new tool in order to manage our event budgets.  We were looking for a smart tool - which minimizes our administrative tasks, but also a collaborative tool - which allows us to share the data in-real time with our clients and to involve them in their budget management. Real-time consultation and agility, today there is no equivalent tool on the market! To go even further in this innovative spirit, we decided that Colloquium Numbr should be available for free to any event organizer (associations, agency etc.). The event industry is changing, and it's a chance! "
