Join Colloquium as a Web Project Manager
As a Web Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of Colloquium's digital production, as part of a 6-member marketing team. You will play a key role in the technical realization of projects, ensuring the quality and efficiency of deliverables.

Your mission:
Your role will be essential in the relationship with our customers, accompanying them from conception to completion of their web projects. You'll also have the opportunity to produce virtual events on our in-house Viewr by Colloquium platform, dedicated to virtual and hybrid events. Tasks will include :
- Follow-up of web projects and customer support (recommendations and advice, creation of commercial offer)
- Designing web tools, integrating content via WordPress and maintaining existing sites (troubleshooting and support)
- Organization and management of virtual events (webinars, hybrid or 100% virtual congresses): briefing, follow-up with audiovisual service providers, configuration of our "Viewr by Colloquium" virtual event platform, support for speakers and live event management.
- Digital watch and in-house "scouting" role to recommend new digital tools/services.

Key skills:
- A good understanding of web project management to facilitate exchanges on the technical aspects of projects. Technical knowledge is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for interacting with a variety of contacts
- Mastery of Adobe suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and WordPress and its environment.
- A sharp analytical mind and the ability to solve problems creatively

Profile required:
- Higher education in Web, marketing or communications (Bac + 4/5)
- More than 3 years' experience in Web project management

4) Final decision and feedback: Following the interviews, a decision will be made and communicated to candidates. Feedback will be provided to help candidates in their professional development, whether or not they are selected.
